I blame Ghost. Jon Snow’s trusty direwolf, raised from birth by Jon and yet sadly absent in his hour of need. Where were you Ghost?! In yet another of Game of Thrones‘ cruel body blows, everyone’s favourite floppy haired hero Jon Snow was killed by his own fellow brothers of the Night’s Watch and betrayed by that little swine Olly.
