Vanity Fair have let the cat out of the bag – Adam Driver (Girls) is officially Star Wars: The Force Awaken’s big bad, Kylo Ren. Whilst it’s been suspected to be the case for a while now, confirmation of the news, along with the release of an official image of the man himself in action puts to bed one of the remaining cast mysteries for the upcoming movie.
I for one can’t wait to see Driver’s villainous turn! Also released were new images of Daisy Ridley as Rey, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, and a first look at Lupita Nyong’o all dotted up and ready to be motion captured for her role as Maz Kanata:

He’s going to be a great villain. Can’t wait to see what he can do considering he has a certain iconic character to live up to.

I’ve been hoping that he’d be confirmed as the villain, he’s fantastic in Girls, and all round awesome, so I’m feeling optimistic!
